CFI Bryan Clements
From 1 July 2018, Bryan took over the ownership and operation of Orange Flight Training from previous owner Ken Pidcock.
Born in USA, Bryan moved to Orange with his family aged about seven, and even though his parents have returned, Bryan remained in Orange and now holds dual citizenship.
He joined the Orange Aero Club as a 14 year old school kid from Orange High, fuelling his interest in flying he inherited from his dad, who held a Pilot Licence in the USA. He gained his Recreational Pilot Certificate soon after he turned 15, then his Instructor rating at 18, followed by his Senior Instructor rating. Along the way Bryan completed his Private Pilot Licence, and is currently Treasurer of the Orange Aero Club.
As well as being the owner, he's also the Chief Flying Instructor (CFI) of the school, responsible for the standard of instruction of all the instructors, and upholding the RAAus and CASA requirements.
Until recently, Bryan worked as an accountant with MBC in Orange, but has since completed his qualifications and works as senior accountant with Grip Financial.
He was married to Liz Evenden on 16 May 2015.
